Corporate offices, the anime theme-park Nijigen no Mori (featuring Naruto, Dragon Quest, and Godzilla), Hello Kitty-themed restaurants, fine dining establishments, a Zen meditation retreat floating above the forest designed by star architect Shigeru Ban…
What ties all these together is a simple mission: revitalize one of the most rapidly depopulating regions in Japan by creating employment opportunities for ten thousand people.
Pasona Group is one of Japan’s leading staffing companies. Our guiding philosophy of “Providing Solutions to Society’s Problems” has led us from creating equitable employment opportunities for women, our founding mission in 1976, to partnering with public, civil, and private actors to create a sustainable model for regional revitalization on Awaji Island, fabled to be the origin point of Japan, connecting the Osaka/Kobe metroplex to the pilgrimage routes of Shikoku via the world’s 2nd longest suspension bridge.
